Most of the merchandise sold at Day One is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials, parts, and workmanship. Damage from abuse, neglect, and normal wear and tear are not covered by any warranty. The legitimacy of all warranty claims is determined solely by the manufacturer, and ultimately the manufacturer makes the decision as to whether or not to repair/replace defective merchandise.
If you feel like you have a legitimate warranty claim, please email us at dayoneskateshop@gmail.com or call 203-331-9525. We will provide a return authorization number along with shipping instructions. Merchandise returned without a return authorization number will be refused.
Return Policy
Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt. The merchandise must be returned in new, unworn, unaltered condition with the original packaging. Used merchandise cannot be returned for exchange or refund. No returns or refunds on sale or clearance items. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping to Day One. We DO NOT accept C.O.D.’s on return items.
How to Return/Exchange New unused items:

Most items are shipped within 48 hours of purchase; excluding weekends and holidays. UPS does not pick up or deliver packages on weekends or holidays. Signatures will be required for all first time orders over $200, all first time UPS next day orders, all first time orders with a different bill to/ship to address.
