Return Policy
Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt. The merchandise must be returned in new, unworn, unaltered condition with the original packaging. Used merchandise cannot be returned for exchange or refund. No returns or refunds on sale or clearance items. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping to Day One. We DO NOT accept C.O.D.’s on return items.
How to Return/Exchange New unused items:
Please email dayoneskateshop@gmail.com for a return authorization number. Merchandise returned to without a return authorization number will be refused and no refunds will be issued. Any questions, please call 203-331-9525.

Most items are shipped within 48 hours of purchase; excluding weekends and holidays. UPS does not pick up or deliver packages on weekends or holidays. Signatures will be required for all first time orders over $200, all first time UPS next day orders, all first time orders with a different bill to/ship to address.
